Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the Ashby Memory Method, just return the first 8 week program binder for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Shipping is non-refundable. Personalized monthly program materials sent out after the first 8 weeks can be cancelled at any time with 15 days notice, as this is our normal lead time in producing and sending out the next month’s materials.

Alzheimer’s Innovation Institute reserves the right to update or revise this policy from time to time.
